To provide you with the best music streaming experience, we collect the following types of information:

A. Personal Information

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect identifiers such as your name, email address, and phone number (for account authentication).
  • Profile Data: Profile pictures (Avatars) and usernames you choose to display.

B. Usage Data

  • Listening History: Songs, playlists, and videos you play to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Interactions: Likes, follows, comments, and playlists you create.
  • Search Queries: Terms you search for within the App.

C. Device & Technical Data

  • Device Identifiers: IP address, Device ID, and model to manage secure logins and prevent fraud.
  • App Performance: Crash logs and diagnostic data to improve app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Service Provision: To stream audio/video content, manage your library, and maintain your account.
  • Personalization: To recommend songs, artists, and videos based on your taste.
  • Communication: To send important updates regarding your account or new features (e.g., new releases from artists you follow).
  • Safety & Moderation: To monitor User Generated Content (Comments) for policy violations.

3. User Generated Content (UGC) & Uploads

A. Private Uploads (Personal Cloud)

Features allowing you to upload audio files to your "Personal Library" are strictly for private, personal use. These files are encrypted and visible only to you. They are not shared with other users or the public.

B. Comments & Community

Comments posted on Music Videos (MVs) or Artist pages are public. We employ automated systems and human moderation to ensure safety. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms of Service (e.g., hate speech, harassment).

4. Permissions We Request

The App may request the following permissions on your device:

  • Storage / Media: To save songs for offline listening and to allow you to upload profile pictures or personal tracks.
  • Internet / Network: To stream content and communicate with our servers.
  • Phone State: To handle audio playback interruptions during incoming calls.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Request Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data (including listening history and personal uploads) at any time. You can do this directly within the App settings or by contacting us.

In-App: Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.

Web Request: If you cannot access the app, email us with the subject "Delete My Data".

Request Deletion via Email

Upon deletion request, your public data (comments) will be anonymized, and your private data (personal uploads, listening history) will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
